Hop_Along!
Hop-Along came to the pond last summer and proved to be an interesting visitor. Although he loves eating bugs, he seemed to understand that the pond is owned by Dragonfly Lady and it won't be a good thing to eat the hostess!! He does keep the pond nice and tidy for everyone.

The Gardening Adventure!
This summer, Webfoot had grand dreams of creating a beautiful garden, full of blooms for her little burrow and herbs to use in her many sand eel recipes. She set about it with enthusiasm and early success, only to have every blossom plucked before it opened and every leaf stripped from every stalk, flower or herb, as it began to sprout. Instead of the grand dream in which she is pictured here, her garden is a raher humorous patch of leafless stalks! Ah, well! It was fun to try (and there's always next year!)...

Longtail Blue introduces Olga!
Longtail Blue came out of his cave to introduce his great friend, Olga, who he met on his last visit to the sea. She accompanied him on his journey home, inland along the Slough River, so their friendship really bonded enrouge. Olga took a while to decide, but she finally sent a message to Blue that she would like to take his place in the Carvonia Myrth Museium. So, please welcome Olga. She comes from a long line of hardy, adaptable loggerheads. And we bid Blue goodbye and wish him well back in his cave.
